We place orders and facilitate procurement of all items in your home, working with a myriad of vendors, contractors, and local receiving warehouses, and keeping track of every detail in the process.

We look at the big picture, considering architecture, flow, and overall design aesthetic. If your home is a new build, we begin our relationship with the architect, builder, etc, to make sure the entire design is cohesive.

It's very important for us to maintain good relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, working with all of them to realize your design vision.

We create detailed design schemes including elevations, hard surface materials, lighting, plumbing, etc (for phase 1 new builds), and furniture, lighting, wallpaper, rugs, accessories, etc (for phase ii soft goods).

Our favorite part of the process is install day. We facilitate delivery of all items to your home, oversee placement, and put finishing touches on everything so that you can walk in to a warm, complete home that feels like yours.
